This was the third and final installment of the Swanson Court series. This book begins exactly where book 2 leaves off. For this reason, I highly suggest that you do read this series in order. The first few pages were basically a recap, and immediately Landon and Rachel are together again. The book was full of angst but had me wanting more. I wanted to like both Rachel and Landon, but I did not care for them at all. I found Rachel to overthink everything, and there just wasn’t enough character building of Landon. I would have liked to see more of the ending wrap up, such as why Landon still has nightmares after all the time that has passed rather than fast forwarding 7 years.
I do like the author and will look for more books by her. I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. My review was not marred by the free copy.
