This is the third book in the Inside Out Trilogy. I really enjoyed the first two books and this one as well. However, I didn’t like this one as well as the other two. This trilogy should be read in order or the reader will be confused on the plot. We begin this book with Chris giving Sarah an ultimatum to either follow him to Paris or their relationship is over. Of course, Sarah being the obedient girlfriend follows without thinking of important aspects of moving to Paris, such as a work visa or language barriers.
The reader can’t help to love Chris and wants to dive into his dark secrets. At times, I wanted to strangle Sarah or hit her with a rock and knock some sense in her. One minute she was this independent woman and the next groveling at Chris’ feet. I didn’t like how she would change in order to make him happy or proceed with the relationship. I also didn’t always feel the love between them but am still rooting for their relationship. There were unanswered questions during this book so I’ll just have to wait until book 4 is released, which I hope is sooner rather than later
